As part of our bookings and cancellation policy, we require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Less than 48 hours notice will result in you having to pay 50% of the service or treatment cost.

If you cancel within the 48 hour period, you will be required to pay a booking fee to rebook your next service.
